Servings: about 12 clusters

  • 1 cup 70%+ dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

  • ½ cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or cherries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • Pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt chocolate gently using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each.

  3. Stir in walnuts, dried fruit, and chia/flax.

  4. Spoon heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment to form clusters.

  5. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.

  6. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until set.
