Oats and apples are excellent sources of soluble fiber, which helps support healthy cholesterol levels and heart health. Soluble fiber also slows digestion, helping to keep blood sugar levels stable and preventing energy crashes.

The fiber from oats, apples, chia seeds, and walnuts nourishes your gut microbiome and promotes regular bowel movements. Feeding the beneficial bacteria in your gut is essential for digestion, immunity, and overall wellness.
