Apple Pie Smoothie
If you know me, you know I love a good smoothie. They're one of my favorite ways to pack protein, fiber, and healthy fats into a quick and delicious meal.
While September marks the beginning of fall, the weather is still warm enough to enjoy all of our favorite summer smoothies. As summer slowly fades into apple-picking season, this Apple Pie Smoothie gives you the best of both worlds: the refreshing taste of a smoothie with all the cozy flavors of fall.
Loaded with cinnamon, apple pie spice, creamy almond butter, and fresh apples, this smoothie tastes like dessert but is packed with nutrients that will keep you energized and satisfied. It's a great way to start your day, refuel after a workout, or enjoy as an easy lunch on busy days.
Another reason I love this recipe? If you've picked way too many apples at the orchard (we've all been there!), simply peel and dice them, store them in the freezer, and you'll have the perfect smoothie ingredient ready to go for months.
I hope you enjoy this healthy fall-inspired smoothie as much as I do!
